Atmo wedge kit.

Turbo timing kit (version 6.2).

Turbo timing kit (version 6.3).

Crankshaft seal positioning tool (all versions).

Tool for fitting the elastic belt to the water pump.

Accessory tensioner operating kit.

Check the width of the belt.

Remove accessory belt.

Remove the 1/2 engine cover (version 6.3).

Identify version 6.3.

TDC timing and fit the crankshaft rod.

Install the ACC Admission valve.

Fit the ACC Exhaust rod.

Remove the 1/2 engine cover (version 6.2).

Identify version 6.2.

Remove the vacuum pump. Then fit the ACC Exhaust rod and cut the water pump elastic belt.

Remove the crankshaft pulley (Damper).

Open the inspection hatch to gain access to the rollers.

Remove the idler pulley, then the mechanical tensioner.

Remove the crankshaft pinion and then the crankshaft seal.

Remove the timing gear.

Remove the timing belt from above, then replace the new timing belt from above.

Refit the timing gear and then the crankshaft gear.

Refit the idler pulley and tighten.
Be careful to observe the bolt tightening torque.

Refit the idler, then tension and tighten.
Be careful to observe the bolt tightening torque.

Refit the crankshaft seal. When fitting, use CLAS tools to ensure that the seal is in the correct position.

Refit the inspection cover. Note that the gasket must be replaced.

Tighten the crankshaft bolt.
Be careful to tighten to the correct torque and angle.

Refit the crankshaft pulley (Damper).
Don't forget to position the water pump elastic belt on the front pulley.

Refit the water pump elastic belt.
When fitting, use CLAS tools to make assembly easier.

Reinstall the 1/2 motor cover. Be careful to tighten the bolts in the correct order and to the recommended torque.

Reinstall a new SNR accessory belt.

Document the work carried out. Stick on the SNR sticker provided.
