How does it work?

The hotline service is available with subscriptions. They can be either paid for or included in a monthly allowance. To view subscription details, please click here.

  1. Go to the hotline page with the garage administrator account
  2. Click on ‘Request a call back’
  3. Select the reason for your request and enter the mobile phone number on which you would like to be contacted
  4. You will receive a text message containing a connection link
  5. Click on the link to start the video call with the Certified Garage expert
  6. You can then find your entire call history on the mySNR LiveAssist page
