How does it work?

Go to the hotline page with the garage administrator account
Click on ‘Request a call back’
Select the reason for your request and enter the mobile phone number on which you would like to be contacted
You will receive a text message containing a connection link
Click on the link to start the video call with the Certified Garage expert
You can then find your entire call history on the mySNR LiveAssist page
